Yulius bayu Susilo Harto

Bayu is an Indonesian Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia and an MBA from Universitas Gajah Mada. He also was the Chief of Certification Officer and the Secretary of Certification Board of Indonesian Institute Of Certified Public Accountant (IAPI).

Prior to establishing KAP Bayu Susilo, which expanded become S&R, he was a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young Indonesia and was seconded to Ernst & Young Washington DC and Houston, Texas, United States, and a Supervisor at KPMG Indonesia (Hanadi, Sudjendro & Rekan).

He has more than 28 years working experience with expertise and exposure are doing financial audit, operational audit, financial and tax due diligence, forensic accounting and dispute investigation, developing business plan, business valuation, M&A assistance, IPO assistance, IFRS and USGAAP reconciliation, SOX 404, SOP development, and IT implementation assistance in diverse national and multinational company in various industries, including, manufacturing, trading, telecommunication, banking, multi finance, agriculture, hospitality, chemical, oil and gas, mining, shipping, environmental, TV and Media, education and not for profit organization.
